Important developments in my college career as of late:

- I figured out how to use AIMexpress at work in the labs.
- I saw two lightning bugs last night.

There, a nice two-item bulleted list for those among us who are fans. I am so content.

A lack of lightning bugs in Florida, then?

Aww... Lightning bugs are so lovely.

I'm not sure what makes them easier to handle than other beetles, but for some reason people (myself included) seem to have strange inclinations to touch their glowing booties.

Apparently the gene that causes them to make the stuff that glows can be crossed with some plant's genes, resulting in a plant that grows. I want one.

I just... thought you should know. And it was better than the other thing that came to mind when I thought about glowing booties.

I've heard that before.

Also, I've heard that that little discovery was one of the more useful ones to come of the Purdue College of Agriculture. However, I am not sure, and one/both of us should look into it.

You're closer. Or, if that line of logic does not appeal to you...

NOT IT!
