(Chapter 1)

*

Tao smiles adorably, watching Yifan make food. Well, assuming that ramen can be called just food. Maybe it shouldn't be sometimes. But Tao doesn't really care as Yifan decided to be nice and that he'd make it for both himself and Tao.

So Tao is actually excited. Yifan has been really awesome to him and helping him with Korean and explaining whether he didn't understand something. Tao appreciates it a lot. He even admires Yifan, because, really, the dude speaks, like, four languages and that is something really awesome and cool and Tao can't help, but keep grinning whenever he hears Yifan speak one language and then suddenly change it to another and he does that so easily.

And as Yifan is making the ramen, he's actually aware of Tao watching him. It's not really a new thing and he finds that pretty cool to have such a lovely dongsaeng to rely on and like him. Yifan sometimes looks up from the pot, but only sometimes, because the ramen needs his attention, Yifan doesn't want to let the thing go bad or something, and smiles at Tao.

Except, as Yifan often does, he gets a bit distracted while cooking, because it makes him think of things, of anything. And now, with Tao watching him so eagerly, Yifan is starting to wonder, if Tao's adoration is only that for a gege. Because Yifan hopes very much it is, that Tao isn't maybe growing a crush on him or something. That he doesn't like Yifan like that. Because that would suck. Because he wouldn't be able to like like Tao back and he'd lose Tao's friendship in the process and it's been only a few days, but they already got very close.

And, really, Tao just isn't his type so much. Because after having spent most of his life in Canada, Yifan just ends up getting attracted to guys that aren't Asian. He doesn't know why or how, but he just can't.

So he really hopes Tao isn't into him. He kind of hopes he's straight, actually. It'd make everything easier. Well, not the part of Yifan telling him he's gay and Tao maybe accepting, maybe not, because that is never easy, but it'd still definitely be easier than Tao crushing on him.

Yifan glances at Tao and then looks back at the ramen. He sighs, deciding the food is done. He takes the pot into his hand and turns around to go towards the table, but ends up taking a step back and gasping in surprise, as there's Kyungsoo standing and looking at him, where Yifan just wanted to go.

"Oh, sorry," Kyungsoo says, smiling awkwardly. "Didn't know you'd be moving." He steps away, bowing a bit.

Yifan looks at Kyungsoo for a moment. He's kind of sure Kyungsoo is afraid of him and he doesn't like it at all. It just doesn't feel right.

But Yifan just nods in thanks and goes to put the pot on the table, while still glancing at Kyungsoo, who just goes to the fridge and opens it. Kyungsoo searches for something and seems to find it, as he smiles widely to himself.

Yifan chokes on the noodle at the sight. That smile will be the death of him.

He turns back to the ramen and glances at Tao. He sees him watching Yifan with quite an amused smile.

"What?" Yifan pretty much barks, annoyed. He's not sure why he's annoyed, but there's just something about the way Tao is looking at him.

Tao just shakes his head and chuckles. Then he glances at Kyungsoo and Yifan can't help but look over there, too, and chokes again, because Kyungsoo is making cute faces at whatever he's taking out of the fridge.

Tao chuckles again. Yifan glares at him and then grimaces as that has no effect.

"What's that?" a voice disturbs Jongin. He looks up from the photo album and sees Sehun watching him with narrowed eyes.

"Photos," Jongin answers simply and looks back to the album.

"Photos?" Curious, Sehun comes closer to see. Then he snorts, grinning. "Really? Where did you find it?" He chuckles as Jongin turns the page.

"Jongdae-hyung's room."

"What were you doing in his room?" Sehun frowns. He didn't notice Jongin and Jongdae being that close.

"He exploded that confetti thing, when I was showering. I slipped, all shampoos, lotions soaps fell and he was just laughing," Jongin answers calmly, though he's still annoyed by that. "He did help to clean up, but."

Sehun nods, because he gets that. And he knows how easily Jongin gets startled by sudden loud noises, how much he hates that. It doesn't matter he doesn't like Jongin anymore, he still knows things.

"I still don't like you," Sehun feels like he needs to remind him.

"I don't like you, too," Jongin answers. And it's true, he still feels annoyed by Sehun, whenever he's in the other's presence. But they’re only talking, it's easy, it's always been with them.

Jongin turns the page and they both laugh.

"He might as well draw hearts around hyung's face," Jongin says and Sehun chuckles.

Because what Jongin might've found is a photo album of Jongdae. And what the photos might be of is mostly Joonmyun or Joonmyun with Jongdae or Joonmyun with other people. The album seems old, though, and they're pretty sure it's from Jongdae's high school time, as they've heard the two men went to school together. And Joonmyun, Jongdae and everybody are wearing those horrid uniforms that are difficult to even look at.

What Jongin and Sehun like the most in the album are pictures with both Joonmyun and Jongdae in them. It's simply hilarious how unsubtle Jongdae's loving stare is.

Jongdae still isn't really good at being subtle, as the stares aren't much different. They're pretty clear and Jongin wonder how Joonmyun hasn't noticed that yet.

Because, really, it's even more clear than the mix of embarrassment and anger Jongdae has on his face, when he comes into the kitchen and notices what Jongin and Sehun are laughing at.

Later Chanyeol and Baekhyun are sitting on the couch in the living room, watching a movie. Well, kind of watching a movie, because they're hardly focused on it. They're talking and Baekhyun sometimes glances awkwardly at Luhan, who's being all cute at Minseok who's sitting on the armchair. Chanyeol is pretty sure Luhan likes the guy.

"So?" Chanyeol can't take this anymore.

Baekhyun glances at him, raising his brow.

"I mean Luhan-hyung. You keep glancing at him and you both are so awkward around each other. You said you'd explain," Chanyeol whispers. He doesn't think Baekhyun would appreciate, if Luhan heard what they're talking about.

Baekhyun sighs. He knew he'd have to explain that one day, but he's not exactly happy with that. But, okay then, Chanyeol is his best friend, or at least as much as he can be in the short time they've known each other.

"I went out with Luhan," he says finally. "Hyung," he adds quickly. He used to call Luhan just Luhan, with no hyung or gege (unless they felt especially kinky some nights) and liked that a lot. He knows he should call Luhan hyung now, but it's not easy to break the habit. Especially since he knows Luhan isn't one to care about that.

"Yeah. For a few months we were together. But then we started fighting and kept fighting every time we saw each other and we just couldn't stop. So we broke up and never spoke since," Baekhyun explains. He keeps his voice so quiet that Chanyeol barely hears him.

Chanyeol doesn't answer for a few moments. He's thinking and glancing between Baekhyun and Luhan. Baekhyun keeps pretending to be watching the movie.

"I guess that makes sense," Chanyeol finally says. He glances at Luhan once again. "Are you okay now? Especially that he's, you know-" They both glance at Luhan, who's adorably but obviously hitting on Minseok.

"Yeah. I don't like him like that anymore." Baekhyun watches Luhan and Minseok for a moment. "I think they'd be good for each other." He smiles softly. And it's true that he thinks so. Baekhyun and Luhan's personalities kind of clashed sometimes, that's why they started fighting. Minseok seems to be more of a calm person and too smart to end up fighting stupidly.

Chanyeol nods and grins. He can see the two oldest guys together, too.

"Though, I'm a bit worried for Minseok-hyung," Baekhyun adds after a moment. An innocent smile appears on his face, too innocent for Chanyeol to believe in it.

"Why?" he asks carefully.

"Because Luhan is like a beast in bed. Like, he can go so many times. And the things he can do~" Baekhyun sighs. He remembers those times well. And that was the only cool things about them fighting: the making up was just plainly incredible.

Chanyeol blinks.

"What?" he murmurs and turns to look at Luhan, not even being subtle about that now.

Luhan is making aegyo at Minseok and looking very unbeastly.

"Totally. Luhan looks all innocent and cute deer, but, damn, the things he and his stamina could do~" Baekhyun can't help but finish the sentence in a happier voice. He remembers well.

Chanyeol looks at Baekhyun and then keeps staring at Luhan, who's doing gwiyomi at the moment. When he finishes, Minseok laughs and pats Luhan's hair, at which he beams.

"Really?" Chanyeol needs to make sure once again.

Baekhyun nods and turns back to watching the movie, still amused by his friend's reaction.

Chanyeol watches the two olders for a few more moments while thinking.

"Hm." He finally turns to the television, too. Baekhyun glances at him, because he sees that Chanyeol has something more to say. Chanyeol grins.

"I don't think you should be worried about Minseok-hyung. I've heard him talk about sports and there is ridiculous amount of what he does. I bet he can surprise even Luhan-hyung."

Baekhyun raises his brow at Chanyeol.

"Wanna bet?" Baekhyun asks.

"Which one will get more tired, after they finally do the do?" Chanyeol chuckles and Baekhyun can't help but laugh.

"Deal." He takes Chanyeol's hand and they shake the bet.

"It's on."

*

It's late when Sehun is going to take a shower that night. Luhan insisted on showing him pictures from where he lives and it turned out he had really a lot of them on his laptop. Sehun enjoyed watching Luhan's pictures and knowing how his house and favorite places looked like, but a few hundreds pictures is way too many. And he hasn’t even seen all.

So Sehun is actually yawning, with his eyes closed, when a body walks into him.

"Oh, sorry," Sehun hears a quiet mumble. He recognizes the accent and the way of speaking, so he smiles as he opens his eyes to look at Tao.

Because they haven't talked that much, but Sehun thinks Tao is totally cool. He's sure that when they get to know each other well, Tao might end up being one of his favorite people.

Sehun's smile falls, when he sees that Tao isn't smiling back. The man looks uncomfortable and a bit scared.

"What's wrong?" Sehun asks softly, putting his palm on Tao's arm, hoping for it to be a supportive gesture.

Tao shakes his head. He doesn't want to worry anybody.

"Really, Tao-hyung, tell me~" Sehun tries for a little aegyo.

Tao can't help, but smile a little. He also finds hearing Tao-hyung very cute.

"Shower with me?" slips out of Tao's mouth.

It's only kind of an accident, the slipping out. He kind of wanted to ask that, anyway. He heard of Baekhyun being shower buddies with Sehun, so he thought maybe Sehun wouldn't freak out so much at being asked that. Though, maybe he should've considered how they've never talked more than a few minutes.

Sehun just stares at Tao, his eyes wide and full of surprise. That was definitely not what he was expecting.

"It's just, it's late and I don't like- alone," Tao tries to explain.

Oh, Sehun thinks. He heard of Tao being easily scared and terrified of ghosts. That kind of explains that.

And now Tao is looking all uncomfortable and still a bit scared and Sehun doesn't feel like he has any choice but to say-

"Yeah. Okay." Sehun smiles softly and squeezes Tao's arm. "I was just about to go shower, too. So I might as well."

Tao perks up, when Sehun agrees.

"Really?"

Sehun nods.

"I- Moment. I'll get my towels." Tao pretty much runs towards his room. Sehun chuckles at quickly Tao turned excited.

*

A few minutes later Sehun is in the bathroom with Tao, both getting ready to shower.

It all seems like a good idea to Sehun, a harmless idea, till the moment Tao takes his shirt off. Because it's in that moment that Sehun is reminded that he found Tao very attractive at the first sight. And then Tao just kept getting more and more attractive. Like, Sehun thinks Tao might be the most attractive guy in the house, besides Sehun himself, of course.

So, yeah, showering with Tao might not be a good idea in the end and Sehun should do something about this. But on the other hand, Tao was scared and Sehun can't just leave him like this, by himself. But on the first hand again, Tao is starting to take his pants off, his back turned to Sehun, and Sehun can't even try to close his eyes or be proper and at least not stare.

"You coming?" The pants are off and Tao glances at Sehun eagerly. Sehun can't help but think of Tao as a very excited kid. Except, an excited kid in a very, very hot body that should have no right to exist.

"Y-yeah," Sehun manages and starts taking his clothes off.

So it's how two minutes later they're both in the shower and Sehun is giving his best not to look. Because even though he's trying to stare at anything that isn't Tao, at the wall, the water or even the soap, he still manages to see enough that he won't need any other wank material for long time.

And then they're facing each other and Sehun is kind of glancing at Tao's face, and Tao is still smiling softly, and Sehun is just trying to do something with this stupid soap, like washing himself, except he can't, because Tao's eyes meet Sehun's and the soap slips out of Sehun's hands.

Sehun is a bit glad for the distraction, because he can look away from Tao and focus on picking the soap up, so he does and he reaches for the soap, he takes it and looks up. And suddenly Sehun realizes he's on the eye level with Tao's penis. And now Sehun is looking at it, too surprised even to think to stop staring for a moment.

"Wow," slips out of Sehun's mouth.

Sehun gasps, when he hears himself say that and straightens up.

"Uh, I mean- I-" he says and keeps moving his mouth open, hoping it explains anything. Except, it doesn't.

There's nothing to explain, too. Tao's penis is just very attractive. And lovely. And in that short moment Sehun might've managed to think of what he'd love to do to Tao's penis and getting it into his mouth was only the beginning.

Tao isn’t looking at Sehun as he's going to punch Sehun or do some of his wushu tricks to break Sehun in half, though. He's still smiling and the smile seems to be curious but pleased.

"Wow?" Tao asks, raising his brow.

Sehun blinks. Then he decides to nod and he does.

Tao's smile turns more pleased.

He moves closer to Sehun and Sehun's confused, he doesn't know what to expect and he definitely doesn't expect Tao to peck his lips.

Because it's exactly what Tao does: Tao pecks Sehun's lips.

He keeps smiling after that.

"Still wow?" Tao asks, sounding very satisfied with himself.

"Yeah," is Sehun's immediate answer. He knows, it was just a peck, nothing big, but it was lovely. Tao just keeps on being lovely all over, from his penis to his pecks, how is he even real, Sehun wonders.

Tao smiles happily and Sehun doesn't even have time to appreciate the lovely smile, before Tao moves forward again.

It's definitely not a peck this time and Sehun is pretty sure it's the most amazing kiss in his life, the most amazing making out and they take forever, neither wanting to let go. They only pull apart, when Tao's foot slips, when Sehun is pushing him closer to the wall.

Sehun kind of keeps blinking at Tao, because the whole thing is still very much unexpected, however much he's loving it, and he'd like at least a short explanation, so he knows what to think. Or he'd like another go, too. Either way would be cool.

"Was it wow, too?" Tao asks now and Sehun almost moans at how his voice sounds. It's all deep and rough and kind of dry and Sehun is very, very thankful for holding onto the wall at the moment.

"Very, very wow." Sehun lets himself make a step closer to Tao and then is reminded of something else, something that at the moment is pretty hard and poking Sehun's thigh. "Do you think there are more wow things?" Sehun asks, pretending he doesn't know the answer.

He definitely does, though, and moves his thigh a bit, which makes Tao moan. Sehun groans at the sound alone.

"Y-yes, I do. Let me show them to you," Tao answers, switching to Mandarin.

Sehun doesn't care that all he understands is the yes, because that is enough of an answer to his question. Also, he doesn't need to understand, because Tao's voice speaking in Chinese makes it even more erotic and low and hot and Sehun can't deal anymore.

And Sehun wants to hear more hot Mandarin, but at this moment he needs Tao's mouth. Thankfully, Tao seems to think similar thing, regarding Sehun's.

*

Luhan looks up from his laptop, when he hears the door opening and then sees Sehun walking into the room. It's not really an unusual occurrence as Sehun showers daily and comes into their room after the shower daily and it's just the same.

Except, Luhan senses something different about the image right now. There is something. It takes him a few moments of observing Sehun, but he thinks he figures it out quite easily.

There's this smile on Sehun's face and Luhan hasn't seen this kind of smile yet, he doesn't know what it means, but it makes him curious.

"Something happened?" Luhan asks, raising his brow.

Sehun blinks and looks at Luhan, confused. The smile stays on Sehun's face, though.

"You seem very happy?" Luhan asks again. He's only guessing, he doesn't know what the smile means.

"I changed the soap. It's very nice," Sehun answers, the smile growing, though the feeling of it doesn't change.

Luhan frowns. He knows he hasn't known Sehun long, but such happiness about a new soap?

He sighs and looks back at his laptop.

"It's peach-scented," Sehun adds and chuckles, his eyes turning into adorable crescents.

Luhan rolls his eyes and decides not to ask anymore. Maybe Sehun just likes peaches a lot. Or something. Either way, he doesn't think it's interesting at all.

Sehun just keeps chuckling and grinning to himself, because he hasn't just spent an hour showering for something that isn't interesting. Because that was very, very much so.

*

The next day at breakfast, when Jongin looks at Sehun, he senses the same thing off about him that Luhan did. But Jongin has know Sehun longer, he's seen things and it's not something he didn't see before.

It's annoying, of course, because giggly Sehun is always annoying, whether Jongin likes him or not.

So Jongin spends a moment looking at Sehun, ignoring that he's stealing carrots from Jongin's plate, full of the healthy salad that Minseok somehow convinced them to eat.

"Good morning," Jongin hears Tao's happy voice.

The off thing about Sehun brightens and Jongin gasps, finally realizing what it is.

"No, Sehun! You didn't-" Jongin can't stop himself from whining.

Sehun quickly catches what he means and laughs, too happy to mind annoying Jongin.

"What?" Luhan asks, because he's really curious. All the other guys are, too. Tao is watching the two as well, not sure what's going on and if it's a good thing or not.

"He doesn't like my new soap," Sehun explains. "Peach-scented," he adds once again and starts chuckling.

Luhan rolls his eyes, because he's heard that one already. He knows Jongin and Sehun has had a bit of a history, but to be so into or against peach-scented soaps? He doesn't understand the youth these days.

Tao takes a few seconds and laughs, too, getting the peach thing. Definitely a good thing, he thinks as he sits down and grins at Sehun, who only smiles back.

"What?" Joonmyun manages and look at all the others, wondering if anybody else got it. He sees mainly confused frowns. "Well, nevermind." Joonmyun shakes his head. Ah, young people these days. "And stop stealing Jongin's food, Sehun," he reprimands.

"Jongin isn't complaining," Sehun says and steals another carrot.

Joonmyun looks at Jongin, who only shrugs.

Of course, he isn't complaining. He hates carrots.
