Yeah, so ToraCon is this weekend and
oblivionskey and Julia are coming up to visit and go with me! SO HAPPY!
oblivionskey is staying 'til Tuesday, since she has an interview with my placement agency on Monday to see about getting a job up here so that we can eventually get an apt together. And there would be much rejoicing!
Speaking of rejoicing....
oblivionskey and I have restarted our epic RP and have begun working on turning it into an original piece, considering we've gone so far off from the original characters anyways. Been working on RPing some pre-current storyline backstory stuff. So much fun! I'm really excited about what we're doing with this, and I think it really has a good chance of going somewhere. We've been building exceeding complicated and convoluted histories for the charas as well as for their world. Good times for all.
Been feeling the need to begin working on Protége Moi again....I've actually been getting some really amazing reviews on ff.net along with a lot of alerts. Wouldn't want to let people down by never finishing it; I mean, I hate it when stories I watch are never completed!
Plans are in the making for going to both Otakon and CTcon this summer, even though I'm probably insane to do so, considering one is the weekend right after the other. BUT it's looking like I'm going to fly to NYC, stay with
oblivionskey for a little over a week so we can go to both cons and then fly back here. I think I'll also look into doing WAH (Work at Home) during that week so that I'm not loosing a week's pay. Much to ponder and plan.
