I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.
But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes spinach."
I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal, if you feel like it.

in other news, i have offically finished my zine!! i will begin mailing out copies this week. make sure that i have your most current postal address if you would like to find one in your post box. last night i dreamt about finding the perfect envelopes to mail them in, proving that i am a total sicko. i will make an official post about the zine once i have scanned the covers, something that will hopefully happen tomorrow.
this weekend i was a complete slacker. on friday night i came home from work totally exhausted, took a three hour nap and then watched finding nemo. I LOVE THAT MOVIE! no no, it's really that good. then for the rest of the weekend i stayed inside and read a book that is too embarassing to admit to. i was recovering from thursday night, which was the annual mtv networks holiday extravaganza at the hammerstein ballroom. it was actually worthy of being called an extravaganza. if they decided not to hold it every year, every single person in the company could get a raise. it was INTENSE.
