I didn't say they weren't. There's no comparison between my thoughts and other people's. I'm just more interesting in others, as I'm constantly stuck with my own thoughts.

[And that he is. Deck 8 is one of the few that he knows entirely, and for good reason. Though this is his first time actually visiting the Kuma-Ko.

He's not entirely sure what to look for. The first time he met Zelda was at the party and neither of them were quite themselves.]

[She's been there enough times to know the quickest route and she's more than willing to wait for him. She might look different in informal clothes, but Kevas looks the same as the last time she saw him.

With blue eyes she spots him, lifts a hand, and offers him a wave.]

Kevas. Over here.

[Even though he's only meeting the real her for the first time, it still feels the same to her.]

[There's a brief look of surprise when he sees her but it's gone just as quickly as it came, replaced with a gentle smile. He removes his hat and sweeps into a graceful bow before taking a place beside her.]

Gotta say, I be prefuhin' da real joo much more.

[Does he look at anyone else the way he looks at her? Zelda's never asked him, she's never wanted to, and she never will. It makes her feel special, though, to see an upturn in lips.]

It really wasn't a big difference. Yours was a lot more than mine, but then, I've always remembered what you look like, so it's not a big surprise to me. It's you who has to relearn everything. I promise to take it easy on you.
