lol I'm pretty tired at the moment so I'm just gonna make up a list of things that happened today and expand on what I've done tomorrow from the list... that way i won't forget anything I guess.
- Card Trouble
Alright, I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before but my bank card went through the washing machine about a week ago, it's now all warped (it even cracked in two after it came out and I tried bending it a little =P) and as so, is obviously unusable... so I transferred money into my mums account via the internet and ran out to Coles at like 7am (because she had to go into the city all day). However when I got there and swiped my card I found out that it'd expired 2 days ago O.o... so yeah... this left me with $9 for the whole day and already I knew that I to buy a ticket to North Wollongong ($7.20) and a ticket into the movies ($5). lol now I'm not a Maths wiz but even I know that wouldn't work out for me. So I had to borrow $3 from a mate'o'mine who was going as well... I kinda hate borrowing money, because I don't have the best memory... but I think as long as I keep it in mind and it's only $4 it should be alright.
- Sin City and Johnny
I was just left to wait until about 3:20 for the train then, I was online and for some reason was looking up info on the in progress Sin City movies... now I knew that Johnny was rumored to be in them... but I had no idea that he was potentially going to be the protagonist in possibly both OR that the character of Wallace was initially based around him O.O... I looked Wallace up on Wikipedia and seriously Johnny would make that part SOOOO excellent. I was going to copy and paste some parts... but this entry is probably gonna be too long as it is anyway, so I'll just recommend you visit Wiki if your interested (this one link in particular: Wallace).
I also spent some time in photoshop, I made a thumbnail of the Hobo in Batman Begins, because since I first saw it he's been one of my fav characters... I don't know why but I have a strange attachment to hobo characters... my future perhaps? O.O... only time will tell ha ha.
- Jellybean
Still waiting to leave I received a call from Jellybean inviting me on a walk around the place for a bit, so yeah, as usual I'm more than happy to jump at the chance to hang out with friends. She had hers and her neighbors dog with her so yeah we walked around with them chatting for about 20 mins, I remembered about half way through that i owed her a DVD so when we came back I burnt it for her and we sat on my drive for a bit, lol my new neighbors have been in their place for like... AGES now (over 4 months?) and I haven't even met them yet... but I saw this girl in my old school uniform walking up the street, I only live in a small street, I thought I knew all of the people who went to my high school that lived here... turns out I don't... she IS my neighbor O.o... who knew?
- dinner
ok, so my lift to the station turned up a little while after that and I parted ways with Jellybean and we caught the train up to North Wollongong where we met up with a friend and her friends and headed out for dinner. With no money I kinda had to deal with complimentary bread =P but all of the other food looked and smelt delicious =D.
- uni movies
Yep, uni movies, I had a few things to give to friends, but as it happens they were pretty late to the party, so first came Iron Man lol it was recommended to me by SO many people so I kinda had to see it lol, and I have to say, it WAS rather awesome, I really enjoyed it. I was actually waiting for Iron Man (the song) to be played and it wasn't until the ending credits lol... still a brilliant movie.
- Hayes and Lisa
So yeah, I gave out the things that I needed to to Hayes and Lisa (the friends that I owed things to) and they pretty much left straight after, their part in todays story was rather brief lol, it was good seeing them though.
The second movie came after that, "How She Move" most people had left by this point since it didn't look very good at all. But yeah, we decided to stay and watch it just for the hell of it ya know lol, and honestly it wasn't bad... it wasn't the greatest movie but I've seen a lot worse, if it didn't stick to the same movie formula that I've seen 50,000 times before it could have been pretty good. lol.
- epic detour up Mt. Ousley
lol, so we left after that second movie and got in the car to head to the station... lol the thing is that we didn't know which way to go exactly... and we ended up turning left just after the uni exit... this lead us COMPLETELY of course ha ha, that route leads straight onto the highway to Sydney, nd up a mountain that doesn't have any exits for a loooong time =P. Now, I was laughing my ass off... but the others seemed a little worried about things lol. So a 5 minute trip turned into a 20 minute detour, ha ha it was pretty fun though, and a lot better than waiting on the station for 50 mins straight lol.
- finally home
Yeah, so I got home at 1:10 and pretty much just went to bed from there... after starting this that is... so yeah... thats it, my day in a nut shell... a giant nut shell... btu a nut shell none th less lol.
