Happy Birthday Johnny
(Before note suggestion: start up that video down the page a bit for something to listen to... the explanation behind it comes later... don't worry about watching it, it's the song that matters lol).
Yep Johnny Depp's birthday is today, and my mums birthday is tomorrow... in some alternate reality style far fetched little way this means that I am in some way linked to the legend himself lol. My mum was born 5 years and 1 day before he was... YAY.
OK so today was funky, woke up and went out to my grandparents place. They weren't home, (they spend a vast majority of the year traveling around the place) we just needed to check their mail. So yeah, we did that. Then visited a friend of my mums who lives down stairs from them. Tried Lime coke there, it was pretty good too lol. She has this big fat gray cat named Frank ha ha he's so cute and really soft too. It's awesome, he tends not to warm to people but luckily he likes me for some reason, so yeah... I got to hang with him for a while... hmm, is it bad to get along with animals better than people? =P.
Well anyway, I was kinda rushed home because my mum received a call from my... umm. aunty I guess she is... though not my mums sister... my mums cousin... so I guess she would be my cousin too then really wouldn't she?... Maybe... I don't know... but anyway yeah, she was coming over with her friend (also named "Frank" as it happens lol).
So yeah, she entered "frantic cleaning mode" as soon as we arrived and of course, I was swept up in the frantic style cleaning too ha ha.
So yeah they arrived after a while and I had to be sociable, well, really I don't mind, I just don't really know what to say to people you know? So as per usual I tend to sit there with a goofy smile on my face and laugh every time something is supposed to be funny lol. But Frank is actually pretty knowledgeable when it comes to technological thingyomobobs, so yeah, we got talking a little about that, the conversation was actually pretty good, I don't usually have much to say in those sorts of situations. Oh then he tried to convince me that XBox 360 is better than PS3....... HA... that is a fight I'm sorry to say he will never win. Nope, so that conversation ended up pretty in depth.... I'll admit it's hard to defend the PS3s lack of exclusives... but I still love you =D.
So yeah... this Frank guy said he wants to take me out for a beer sometime... =( why do people insist on doing this? My mum's all for it she wants me to "get a life" lol, it's sad when your mum has to tell you that... but I still don't want one... I'm happy with the internet way of life thanks... I'm not the drinking in pubs, going out clubbing or late night wandering kinda guy... ok I actually love late night wandering... but thats it the other 2 points are just not me... and yet I agreed... begrudgingly.
So yeah, that was fun I'll admit ha ha. Tonight I really felt like watching both "The Magical Legend Of The Leprechauns" (which I swear was called "Mythical Leprechauns"... but hey IMDB says different lol) and "Tencacious D: The Pick Of Destiny"... those movies are just brilliant... I really really need to watch Leprechauns though... POD I can see passing but I really must see Leprechauns at some point lol =P. If I could only remember the song that I have stuck in my head all I remember is it was sung by an "Emma" somebody... which is probably why it popped into my head when i started talking to Emma (the friend version) this afternoon lol ... maybe You Tube can help me........ OMG IT DID O.O... "We can fly away" by "Emma Townshend"... check it out... (if you haven't already). Ahhh I love that song.
So yeah... I really really really want to watch that movie now XP ha ha this isn't helping... ahh well I'll fly away... I mean "find a way " >.>... soon =D...
tomorrow we actually start filming at tafe... OMG my concept has been twisted, poked prodded and violated in ways that I'm not happy with but it's finally coming to fruition, I figure if even the greatest directors can't have their full ideas realized i have no chance, so I just left it to the rest of the class to do as they pleased... so now it's a pure comedy as opposed to a black comedy and has a random badly fitting "paparazzi shot" in the middle... blech... but yeah, EXCITEMENT lol crazy crazy excitement (I worked so hard training Legolas with my mate Ben (on Arogorn i believe) to unlock that interview with Dom... I'm not dropping that quote lol (I just say that because it was suggested to me that I drop it today)).
