Dark + o = O.O
Wow.... have you ever finished watching a movie and been really into it.... and yet felt like you've missed an INSANE amount of sub-text?... I just finished watching Donnie Darko... and yeah... BRILLIANT... but I really feel like I've missed something here. I can understand all of the rave reviews I've heard about it. The soundtrack is eerie and well suited to the genre and the special effects were believable, they withheld enough to make it believable and yet still unforced. I highly recommend if you haven't seen it and get the chance to... take it O.O it's a must see. I'm surprised that the actors aren't bigger than they are. I haven't seen any of the main characters in any other roles, it's cause for me to hit IMDB which I'm going to do after I send this.
so anyway... today i was playing some Disgaea at a mates place, it's an addictive game, inexplicably addictive lol.
Then work... same old really.
I'm looking forward to the day off tomorrow. I have to make up some party invites for my Mum's birthday thingyomojube in June then I'll head to Jellybean's shoot out down at the old corral... and by corral i mean laser challenge... umm... arena?... the word arena crosses my mind, lets go with that.
I've actually got a little bit on my mind right now... it's strange... and yet none of it is really fit for sharing on here =P. Just thought I'd mention it in case I seem a little distracted in my writing tonight.... speaking of which i really need to get back to writing my story O.O.... wow... it needs to be done... like soon... really soon. Grah, I'm in an energetic mood right now.... why is it always at night time? I don't get it... whenever I have sudden energy it's always when i can't use it...
It's also unusually hot tonight... I think this is all from getting hyped up over the movie... yeah thats probably it, and the heat from the screen.
I feel like I'e forgotten something... I usually get this feeling and I'm usually right... but I never get around to posing what it is that I've forgotten... and yet this time it feels like something big... hmm... ahh well... I suppose it'll come to me... probably not to you though =P sorry lol.
