oh oh oh livejournal!
Let me tell you what!
I drove down to Arcata from Oregon and saw my lovely Allison Jean and yup! I squirted happiness all over the place!
Firstly I went down 101 south and stopped at all these wonderful spots of ocean views and I even got to play for about a half hour in the ocean.... and took delicious photographs! I collected some perfect-O shells and stone too.
I drove through the Redwoods and made it safely to Allison's. I had been craving a starry sky and though I was laughed at by my RWE group about seeing such things in Arcata, guess what?! Yup a starry sky!
Allison, Cougar and I played action packed games and mad libs! Allison and I walked along trails and looked at Mushrooms and I got to pick and take home some Turkey Tail(a mushroom species).
Allison and I also went to the ocean and I had a sorta butt nakee adventure but then feared that massive waves... but still this was delightful. And we waded through a stream and saw elk! I hugged massive reds and petted moss!
I also got to meet a penpal from the summer and we played ping pong in Eureka and ate yummy mexican delish. He is super nice and basically I live Journal more with him then you so it felt really at ease and as though we have known each other for years.
On my way home I took the 199N and drove through more Reds and I saw two more elk, they were just chillin on someones lawn... while some guy was working on his car. I guess to him this happens all the time... but not for me so I watched them intently for about 15 minutes.
And then I decided to ston in Eugene, where I am now and hung out with Tomas. We went to a concerto and it was magical... During a Cello set I cried... seriously. Just a lil bit. wawawa.
And we went and hung out with a friend and got gluten free desserts that rocked my stomach. Even morning brekky leftovers.... Love Truffles... mmmm
Tomorrow I have to wake super early and drive back home, but thats good cause I have to go buy a school book and I am meeting with a woman about a job, yay! Cause the agency I work with sucks! (on giving me hours) so I am happy about some potential work with a nice woman.
Oh and I met a guy (the friends dad) tonight who may teach me some woodworking skills! YAYA!!!!
Oh bright world. AND more stars tonight!
I miss the Cali weather though... cause here I must wear MUCH more than a tank top... but the winds are mighty fun... so not too much complaining.
