just got home from work. I had another good day, not to busy. I did have to fire two really nice ladies, which is hard to do when the only reason for letting them go is their job performance. Its not hard at all to fire someone on an attendance violation, but job performance is a whole different story. I also gave out my first written discipline tonight, actually I gave out four. Interesting to say the least. I'm finally getting the hang of the factory floor layout, that place is huge.

Everything is set for the cruise, I'm totally excited.
