Snow. It was... enjoyable watching the young ones entertain themselves. Such weather is not uncommon in the parts of Europe that I would frequent. I hope you enjoyed yourself, Machi. I'm not even sure what I ended up making.

It feels like spring has come in the middle of summer. But it will soon be time to return to work.

I agree, Mr. Edgeworth. There's been a few non-curse related events that will most likely keep us busy for a great deal of time.

...About as well as they can be. There are still issues to be ironed out, but I think me and my partner are coming to an understanding. Perhaps, when I feel that she won't make me look like a fool, I'll introduce you to her sometime.

I doubt anyone could make someone like yourself look like a fool, Mr. Nein. Your effort and work would prove it all otherwise. But if it is to your ease, then I certainly will not mind meeting your partner whenever you see fit.

The office has just received another case, another poisoning. Prosecutor Godot and Prosecutor Gavin are handling the police and court work for the Emerald Forest case... but as Lord Cain has requested, we are not to speak to any other sources about this. Especially investigators not on this team.

Be careful, Mr. Nein. It appears this case is a lot more personal than we might have thought it to be.

...I'll take that as a compliment of sorts. But really though, I just do my job with a great amount of control and precision. Perhaps when she isn't busy with her job, formal introductions can be made.

Understood. I'll be silent in regards to this recent revival of poisoning cases. If you require me to act or take charge in any given department, I will do so. Until then, the best course of action is to not gather unnecessary attention to myself.
