I'm doing fine, thank you. Although I never realized how many varieties of coffee and tea there were and how many different ways you could prepare them.

The more you know, I suppose. It's a science in itself to know what suits people. What will set our café apart is the ability to personally understand what kind of beverage will appeal to our customers. I hope you will keep that in mind as you continue.
