I was pretty hellbent on self destruction there for a minute.
But now I think I'm going to hire a property manager. Get someone to live in the downstairs apartment for free, who is knowledgeable and can help me finish what I've started.
And someone to take care of it when I decide to travel.
Someone trustworthy.
Basically, my new goal, out of this whole silly mess, is to attempt to get this big old house to be self sustaining. A roommate to pay the upstairs utilities; a tenant who maintains it and pays the downstairs utilities. Win win.
And I'm going to paint every wall in this house fucking paisley if I damn well please.
