(no subject)
Well, I woke up this morning and did not feel like dragging my ass downtown. So after sitting around the house for a while, I made myself get dressed and I went downtown. The only place that I needed to aply at was Victorian Vogue. Although there are no aplications or resumes involved. I had to write a paragraph about what times I can work and why I will be good for the job. The boss thought I was writing a novel. She also desided to take my resume. She told me to go in tomorrow morning at 11:00-15:00. After the news I went to New Deal to tell Allissa and Sara. Then I went home because my nieghbor told me her son was going to Irac and though we should go to the movies or something.
I got home and he was not there. I also realized I forgot to turn in my four movies that I rented last night. So after waiting around he finally calls and we go to the 16:00 showing of Batman Begins at the Arlington. The movie was ok. Not quite my cup of tea. But after that we went to the habit. The thing is about this guy, he has no hobies, lame jokes and just a plain asshole. Hence the no friends. I was feeling good enough about the job that I could do anything, even hang out with this jackass. Well, he has not much of a personality so most of the conversations, what little there was, consisted of me asking questions. Anywho, I finally asked him to take me home.
Oh, and his name is nick and he has an even worse twin brother. These kids grew up living on a boat with their parents. Nick is a horrible driver. It took him three times to take all the classes and tests to pass. He didn't even pass in Santa Barbara, he went to Palm Springs to do that. He almost ran into a cyclist, and almost gotten 10 cars to run into us. He is very impacient. The only thing he really actually talked to me was about his Marines training and how much he hates it. He does not even have an interest in books. He is forced to read. He has to learn about religion becaue the sargeant siad so.
Oh well. I am home and still alive. Go me...
