002. A Week That is Golden
I cannot believe that Golden Week is next week. Ahh, yesterday was a good day off and I spent more money then I should have at animate, eh heh heh and I had an excellent time. Did some shopping, went to the park, read some manga a book, met a lovely girl, and I have a date. Heh heh, awesome.
Things have gotten kinda slow at work, recently. Which is good. We've got things handled in our department so that we can have the entire week off next week, which is really nice. Usually we just get the regular holidays off. I might go see my Mom in Okayama. And maybe my sisters, if they promise not to nag about not being married yet.
................On second thought, maybe I won't go visit Mom either. Sigh.
I got to meet one of the kids' English instructors yesterday for the NHK English programming. She's terrifying on tv but she's really nice in person. So I'm glad that I met her. Except that when she dound out that I was learning English, she said she'd tutor me on my lunches. Sigh. Explaining to her that I already HAVE rather competant tutors already did not help.
Wow I talked a lot. It's cause I'm a writer at heart, isn't it. Sigh.
