I've faced many an adversary over the years, but none as cunning and as seemingly invincible as the one I now face. Stronger then titanium and lacking any real physical form, there really is just no preparation or defense one can have against this abstract concept. For once it is invoked, it becomes law. So much trouble and heart-ace caused by three simple little words. If only people would use them more carefully, the world as a whole would be a much easier place to go about our daily lives. It’s such a simple rule really; don’t say them unless you mean it.
So I ask you all to please think before you say “I have Dibs.”
