(no subject)
So I've been trying to collect the SW Mcdonalds toys. So far I have Padme, Chewie, Asajj Ventress..... and two Bobas! :D I almost wanna go back to eat there again tomorrow just to buy another few. lol We just went out today, that's where I got the Bobas and the Asajj.
I've finally used up so much space on my Sims 2 shelf that I had to move my original copy of Sims 2 to the regular Sim shelf. (That shelf has things like Societies, SimCity 2000, a multipack of old Sim games like the original SimCity and Sim Safari and stuff like that, and Sims 1. But my Sims 2 shelf has every expansion and stuff pack except University and Stories. I just don't see a reason to buy any of the Stories packs. My newest addition is Apartment Life, which I've installed but not yet tried. I really should start playing Sims again. Seeing as I haven't played in so long and I've gotten so many expansions and stuff-packs.
But I have to decide what to do for now. I might go finish making that pie. I made a piecrust and it's in the fridge right now, but it's been in there long enough I could go ahead and finish up. I just hope there's enough dough for two pie crusts. The recipe said there was but I dunno. It looks kinda small. Oh, crud. I have to clear enough counter space to even be able to roll it out. *sigh* In that case I had best go get busy clearing off a counter. We are slowly getting organized though. I got my sewing stuff set up. And we cleared off the livingroom/kitchen dividing counter. And Victor cleared up the livingroom really nicely. I got a bagfull of stuff out of here by giving it to my mom. There's still a few things I forgot to give her though, but that's ok. The big spot that needs cleaning is the bedroom. I've started on that though, actually. A little. I need another crate or two to put SW stuff in. I also have to get that all cataloged. Oh, well. I also need to find a real spot for my costumes. I just don't know where. Maybe if I get the bedroom cleaned up enough I can find a place in there for them. We're also getting a bigger bed at some point. We have a frame, we just need to go mattress shopping. We're going to the thrift store for that. We're not getting a new mattress at 300 dollars. At the thrift store it'll be 100 at the very most. The reason for wanting a new bed is cause we're sleeping on a full right now. We want a queen. Victor thinks a king might be nice, but I think that'd be just too big. What would we do with that much room? Neither of us is fat.
Well, I'm gonna go get started on that pie now. It's going to be a cherry pie. It'll be nice. I haven't made a pie in sooo long. That's part of the reason I decided to make my own pie crust instead of buying one. Besides the fact that it would have been about 3.00 for it, instead of practically nothing for the ingredients to make one. It was because I used to have a lot of fun, as a kid, pinching the top to the bottom around the sides. Making the finger marks.
