We saw AOTC today. Did I mention we saw TPM on Monday? It's been faaar too long since I've seen them. And you know something? Usually I like Anakin. Today... in AOTC I actually didn't like him much. Odd.
Anyways, *bounce* Friday. :D We were gonna get tickets today but someone forgot to call to see if they're selling them yet. And he had better not forget tomorrow. We need to get our tickets asap. I need to know what showing I'm going to. Hopefully it's the 1PM. But, you know. The stupid site won't update till after I go to bed tomorrow. Cause it's some big secret what's coming out, you know. Like movies don't do anything at all to promote themselves before they're released. And we're all just supposed to wait till Thursday night and then go, "Oh, jee, I didn't know that was coming out. Hey, since we made all our plans a week in advance, who wants to go see this next Friday, assuming it's still playing then?" grrr....
Still. We could go out tomorrow evening and get them. Course if there's a midnight there'll be a line and I'll feel sick that we can't go to it. hmm..
We tried on Victor's Jedi costume today, cause he's lost a lot of weight since he last wore it. Indeed, I had to adjust the belts some. But it's all good now. I also washed his costume as it stank. I'm going to set mine out tomorrow to air out. Mine should be in fairly decent shape. I'm scared of washing it, however. That was my first project, you know. And I am very uncertain of the quality. As it is, Victor's Jedi costume, which was my fourth project fell apart some in the wash. Not too bad, but I will have to do a bit of mending. I should finish up his belt sometime. I need to add keepers and a back cover.
Oh, and just cause I haven't mentioned it yet, I LOVE my sleeve roll. It's the one on the right. You see, when you're ironing you stick that into the sleeve and it acts like an arm. Then you can iron the seam of the sleeve perfectly. I want to get the other tool there, the one on the left. That's a ham. It's quite useful too. Right now, though, I'm just loving my sleeve roll. :) I can wait a bit for a ham. Maybe I can hint at it as a Christmas present from someone. I'll keep mentioning it, maybe, and closer to Christmas maybe Victor'll go into JoAnns all lost and ask someone, "My wife keeps talking about a ham? I thought I'd get one for her for Christmas but I don't have any idea what it is." Yes I think I might.
Well, time for bed.
