...I am officially a culinary graduate.
Geez, has it really been since September that I've updated?
Well, like I said I graduated (Summa Cum Laude even) and managed to avoid screwing up my speech during the ceremony. =)
I'm currently working at a Puerto Rican-Cuban restaurant at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront called Mojito Cafe (http://mojitocafevb.com) though I've had an offer from another place that I'm mulling over, but don't want to jinx.
Other than that, not much going on in Obi-Land (tm).
