Why have I been craving salads so much lately?

It's not a bad thing, right, seeing as how healthy they can be, but I just hate spending so much for a salad/salad bar at a sitdown place. Wendy's salad's are alright, but I'd prefer something a little fresher.

Anyone have any recommendations on who has the best salads?
