[Ciel's never seen a sandstorm before. For a moment, he just thinks it's a snow storm. Until he gets his head in order, at least. Of course it's not snow.
So he figures it's just a little storm, no reason not to go outside and fetch his precious chess set from being ruined in the garden. Even if it is hot out, he bundles up, and wrenches the door open to the back gardens. His PCD, in his pocket, is flicked on, showing only the raging storm, and a ground-level view of Ciel's bundled chin and face.
