Everyone! Listen, the Brigade suffered a pretty big loss with both Minako and Kyon hitching a ride home all at once. But, never fear! Your Brigade Chief will not rest until our numbers swell like a hurricane across the landscape of this world!
...In other words, I'm opening membership to everyone who wants to join. If your bored with this place or are just looking to do something cool and/or strange, well I've pretty much got the market cornered on all of those! Our first project will be creating a proper monument to all the Brigade members we've lost recently, I think it would be a good day to move into the future...
