Like spotting a shiny, red, and angular unicorn!

I was driving the last 3 hours of the drive to La Mesa, therefore I am now too wired to sleep. I love how wonderfully light traffic is through Southern California between 2-5 in the morning. I can coast at 80 in the #2 lane and yet there's always someone going faster.

Around Dana Point, this red NSX with xenon HID headlights and a chrome exhaust showed up. It was beeeeaaaaaauuuuutiiiiifuuuul. It stayed in the #3 lane while I stayed in the #2 lane behind it (at varying safe distances given speed/slope/the huge mass differences between our vehicles). Unfortunately a CHP cruiser pulled in around the vista point north of Oceanside, which I blame for why the NSX hurriedly exited to the following rest stop.

I feel like going out for carne asada fries, but I don't want to have to wake people up again just so I can borrow a car/someone can lock the door behind me. Meh.
