Oberstein ate Costa Mesa
I was pretty sure I ate the entire city of Costa Mesa, but apparently according to gyobaku, it was just three villages. Don't lose heart, I'll try again next time! (and hopefully won't spill more soy sauce on my light blue Phoenix t-shirt that I just bought at their show AUGH not even the the Tide Pen could take away the smell...)
I also got to pick up used copies of the following CDs at Book-Off, making me a very happy banana:
- Suga Shikao | The Best Hits of Live Recordings -Thank You- (track 9 skips NOOOOO)
- Suga Shikao | Clover (to go along with the Spitz Hachimitsu CD I have AHAHA)
- Spitz | Kachoufuugetsu (the packaging is quite nice)
- Yutaka Ozaki | Tropic of Graduation*
- Tokyo Ska Paradise | Orchestra Best (1989-1997) (I liked their On Tour double-CD so I figured I'd pick this up)
(* - impulse buy, I was craving something Japanese teenage delinquents in motorcycle gangs would normally listen to, on impulse, really)
