The play is about relationships breaking up and establishing new ones and the mess it leaves behind. Some of the most interesting scenes were actually carried by the supporting cast. Most of the comedy also came from those characters. There were eight actors in the play, of which two played several different parts. Of course, at the end of the play, none of the characters were any happier than in the beginning. Miserable, the prospect of that. It ended with the whole cast singing Neil Young's "Only love can break your heart" which was fantastic and poignant.
