The play is really, really good. There is this really empowered, super confident 25-year old girl character in it which was so interesting to me. I was constantly thinking 'how did she do it? how did she make this happen?'. I love/hate succesful 25-year olds.

The play is about relationships breaking up and establishing new ones and the mess it leaves behind. Some of the most interesting scenes were actually carried by the supporting cast. Most of the comedy also came from those characters. There were eight actors in the play, of which two played several different parts. So actually Sam Graham played about five different parts and switched between an English, Irish, Scottish and Arab accent throughout the night. Really impressive. Of course, at the end of the play, none of the characters were any happier than in the beginning. Miserable, the prospect of that. It ended with the whole cast singing Neil Young's "Only love can break your heart" which was fantastic and poignant.
