Have you ever had an idea that you just need to write down, and a little not on a piece of paper doesn't cute it, so you start a word document and the next thing you know it's 6 in the morning and you're working on the genealogy of a fictional family?

...yeah, that was last night.

I created the Jongrin family line, which just consists of Tenjin-sha, his wife Lahti, and their ten children. And all of this was for one character for a short story that has taken over my mind when I should be working on other things. Batu is seriously lucky that she's awesome, or else I would scrap her. But I kind of love her.

Anyway, here's the timeline of the family just because I spent two hours working on it and I'm fucking proud.

738 - Tenjin-sha and Lahti's marriage
739 - Bijou's birth
        Bijou named crown prince
740 - Enali's birth
743 - Tokan's birth
746 - Sugai's birth
753 - Batu's birth
754 - Neiji's birth
        Neiji's death at one week
755 - Sennak's birth
756 - Bijou's death at age 17
        Enali named crown prince
758 - Tenjin's birth
759 - Sennak's death at age 4
        Fujin's birth
760 - Sugai's death at age 14
761 - Tokan's death at age 18
        Odeki's birth
763 - Enali's death at age 23
        Tenjin's death at age 5
        Fujin named crown prince
768 - Fujin's death at age 9
        Lahti's death at age 46
770 - Odeki's death at age 12
        Tenlin-sha's death at age 66
         Batu becomes Batu-sha
771 - Batu begins invasion of Eastern Plains
772 - Batu begins campaign to overthrow Fyodor Empire

And thaaaaaaaaaaaat brings up to speed. Yep, this means nothing to anyone but me.
