The Christmas tree is up and the garland hung over the doors. I will be putting up my snow village tomorrow night. The house smells wonderful with the fresh tree. Christmas presents have started to be purchased. The weather has turned cold and gloomy which I love and Nutcracker starts on thursday. I Love this time of year. I get to wander around my house in my bath robe drinking great warm beverages like homemade hot cocoa, apple cider and a plethora of hot teas and of course when possible there are the great foods of the seasons.

I hope you all had a wonderful thanksgiving and a great winter holiday season with christmas, yule, and all the other wonderful holidays that my friends out there celebrate.
