I miss my dad. I miss the little things. I miss being able to learn more, I miss the fishing trips, I miss picking up the phone to call for advice, I miss coffee in the morning and I miss having a Makers Mark and watching John Wayne and Clint Eastwood movies with him at nigh. I miss these things every day however it is only on Father’s Day that it feels appropriate divulging it. My dad was my teacher, my role model and hero. And I will never forget those things. I just wish that I could make mew memories with him and build and fish with him again.
