From our local paper down here in South Texas. It's raining cats and dogs here today so the venue was changed to an auditorium that seats about 600 folks.

Bill Clinton's location changed to Welder Center
Former President Bill Clinton will be speaking at the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts at 412 N. Main St. at 5:30 p.m. instead of the DeLeon Plaza gazebo as reported earlier. The time has not changed. Attendees must have a ticket for the rally. Tickets are available at the Welder center. First priority will be given to people who have already voted in the Democratic primary.
So those will be the people that early voted today or yesterday--you already have their vote. Or Obama does. *scratches head* Nothing like preaching to the choir. Not that we are some sort of Democratic stronghold, but if you are going to sway people, it helps if they haven't already voted.
It will be the party big wigs that grab the tickets. Most of the new voters, particularly the youth vote, can't vote early because of the election hours. They have to wait for the extended hours on election day.
