Iran Questions
I know H. Clinton voted for a resolution urging the Bush administration to label the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps a terrorist organization in 2007 http://blog.washingtonpost.com/the-trail/2007/10/07/clintons_iran_vote_prompts_a_h.html, while at the same time she co-sponsored S.759 Title: A bill to prohibit the use of funds for military operations in Iran.
I can't figure out what the number was for the resolution I meantion above.
I also know that Obama has taken a piece of legislation H.J.RES.64 that originated in the House and submitted it (without any cosponsors) to the senate: S.J.RES.23 Title: A joint resolution clarifying that the use of force against Iran is not authorized by the Authorization for the Use of Military Force Against Iraq, any resolution previously adopted, or any other provision of law. This Resolution is still under review.
Does anyone know the number for the resolution Clinton voted for? Also, does anyone know anything else Obama has done in the senate in reference to Iran?
