Endless Mechanized Replication
I've been reading a bunch of books about Warhol lately. It's almost spooky how much that man's philosiphies (or as he would say, lack thereof) gel with mine. He was so fascinated with mechanization, and creating these distant, beautiful images. Yeah, and despite what people have said about the guy, I don't think he was nearly as bad as he's made out to be.
Anyway, I got to raid Schedel's sister's CD collection while she's off at college, and I made a few cool new aquisitions to the collection. Three cheers for superficial happiness!
On Sunday I saw Phantom of the Opera again and it was just as good the second time. Ellie saw it with me, and she was a complete doll as usual.
I am so excited about April 29th!
