I'm terribly amused they picked peahats as one of the awesomely epic monsters. That Ganondorf actually looked half-decent. Not too fond of their pick for Link, admittedly.

I'm reminded of the time I was at a theater with you, Kat, and Dani years ago and they played a live-action commercial for whatever Zelda was coming out (I think it was Four Swords Adventures for the GC) and I was ecstatic that they were making a movie until they played game footage.

Thanks for the link, since I hadn't seen it yet. ^^

Right-o! It's a gothic shoujo/horror manga starring a girl named Reiko who is, herself, a "Zombie Shop." The purpose of a zombie shop is to re-animate the dead who have died in mysterious ways and ask them how they died. When they're re-animated near the person that killed them without the corpse being restrained first, the zombie will often go insane with desire to murder the individual and will turn into a monstrous being until they accomplish that task ( ... )

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. It's a 12 episode comedy featuring a depressed teacher and his weird students (including the shut-in, the stalker, the foreign girl, the illegal immigrant, the obsolete one, the silent girl who only talks through text messages, the "abused" girl, the normal one, the OCD one, among others). Also, the teacher's catch phrase is "I'm in despair!"

It's fast-paced, very artsy/stylized, has an unusual wit, countless gags (read the chalkboards), takes things to the extreme, and has a fantastic soundtrack. I fell in love with the series whole-heartedly at the first episode and since you like Excel so much... I guarantee you'll like this baby.

To get a taste for it and it's AWESOME music, here's the first opening. Oh, and the opening has absolutely nothing to do with anything (as do many things in this series :P).

Just be sure that you don't mistake it for Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (that's the sequel).
