Yay for customer support!

Hurray! I am thoroughly impressed with EA's customer support. The guy was personable, friendly, and helpful. They also replace your first damaged disc free of charge, without receipt or anything! I'll have a new copy of Rock Band in less than two weeks. Hurray!

I've only ever called Nintendo's support lines before. The Nintendo guy even called back twice to see if his advice had worked (it was DS + router issues). I think I rank theirs the best, but EA's is a very close second now.

Also, apparently Xbox has some sort of repair to keep the whole slip-disc fiasco from happening again. They'll be sending me a box to send my console in to get that fixed for free in the next couple of weeks. Yay warranties... :D
