Pumpkin Fail

I was going to make pumpkin gingerbread last night. But apparently there's a conspiracy to keep canned pumpkin out of the stores. I went to four different stores and found no pumpkin. I'm seriously contemplating buying some sugar pumpkins and making my own puree, but I don't know that I have enough space in my kitchen to do that.

I might just wind up making regular gingerbread.
