Experiments in Beverage Making
This evening, I will debut my latest drink creation: The Iced Tea shot!
I made black tea liqueur, heavily sugared, and a lemon liqueur with a higher alcohol content. I will serve them in little shot glasses (provided courtesy of painite) with the black tea on the bottom and the lemon floated on top. I did a test run last night and it went well (and tastily).
The black tea liqueur is about 30 proof. The lemon liqueur is about 70 proof. The lemon liqueur packs quite the punch and pucker.
