OMG it could've been written for YGO!
I got the Inspired by Narnia Soundtrack from the library and was struck by how many of the songs have lyrics that create little YGO movies in my head. None more so than this one. It's so Yuugi talking to Yami post-series is hurts. While I'll admit I'm not a fan of YxYY, it can easily be interpreted thaat way, though I prefer a more friendship/co-mentor-even-though-neither-realised-it-at-the-time sort of vibe for the pair of them.
