P.P.S. You'll notice I changed two things about myself in this post. First, I've stopped spelling out Post Scriptum. It was an affectation I picked up from my hero Douglas R. Hofstaeder in his book Metamagical Themas: Questing For The Essence Of Mind And Pattern. I've been doing it for as long as I can remember. I just felt a little stupid spelling out Post Scriptum and not the adjacent confer. We'll see if I can stick to my resolve to stop it altogether.

Second, I used my own name in this post, something I've never done in the years I've kept this journal. For a long time, I tried to keep my Obi-Wan online persona separate from the real me. In this age of Facebook, Twitter, Steam, etc. it seemed pointless to even try anymore. Not to mention that the "World's Lamest" brand has been associated with me since nearly the inception of the Web. In any case, anybody I'd actually want to hide my identity from wouldn't be fooled, and anybody who'd be fooled wouldn't be worth hiding from. We'll see how it works out.
