I'm not usually a fan of first person POV but this was really good, I loved your sense for detail and precise writing style. Thank you for sharing!

Oh wow, thank you! With fanfiction first-person usually annoys me, but I am super paranoid when it comes to... putting these things out in public, I guess? So I obfuscate as much as possible.

I love FrUK, and have collected my favorites; every once in a while, I'll find one that I will highlight (I use a Mac) to show that this is one of my favorite favorites.

This is without a doubt one of them. I've read this one dozens of times, perhaps more. It's difficult to describe what precisely I love; it's just so ARTHUR. That's the only way I can try to describe it; you've captured his personality perfectly.
