It's a small apartment. One bedroom with a separate kitchen and a living room that really should be called a closet. However the apartment has one thing going for it that cannot be beat: Rent Control.
Marty has spent most of the morning moving boxes into the apartment taking the occasional break to test whether or not the phone was working.
Right now he was taking a little break to appreciate his view from the living room: A parking lot and a dumpster.
