Marty is in a pretty foul mood this morning at he opens up the range for gun club. After making sure that everything is in order he makes sure that ( the rules are still posted. )

Sam took her 9 mm and a number of clips over to one of the stalls, put on her ear protectors, loaded the weapon, took aim at the target, and pulled the trigger. She worked slowly, but her concentration today was on improving her accuracy, not her speed.

Aeryn's got the special target Parker worked up so her pulse pistol won't do anything bad, like set things on fire. It's not nearly as satisfying as shooting psychotic vampiric ex-teachers, but it'll do.

Sam waved to Aeryn and lowered her own weapon. Then she watched Aeryn work with the pulse pistol. Aeryn was a great shot, but it was definitely the pulse pistol Sam was interested in.

He's very busy taking his bad mood out on multiple targets but if you wait long enough since I'll be afk until tonight shout loud enough he might hear you.

Sam stood and admired Marty's technique for a few minutes, then, when there was a break in his firing said, "Marty? I just wanted to thank you so much for helping Janet and I get back together. That romantic dinner? Really helped. Plus the lobster was amazing."

Marty stopped firing long enough to give Sam a weird look as he reloaded a clip. "Romantic Dinner? What the hell are you talking about Carter?"

Sam gave him her best innocent look, though she was a little confused that he didn't remember. Maybe he was just shy about his role as cupid? "The other night? You set up a gorgeous date for Janet and I in her room? Lobster, asparagus, music, candlelight, wine and chocolate? We finally managed to reconcile, and we owe it all to you."

She smiled brightly at him. "I didn't appreciate being tricked, but I understand it was all for a good cause, so I forgive you. You're just too romantic for your own good, Marty."
