Sam sat by the vending machines drinking a cup of coffee.
So far this week he's helped a vampire go to class; got a demon get back together with his girlfriend; a girl genius figure out wormhole mechanics; diagnosed a woman with high blood pressure and made a date with a girl.
Still he was here. He knew Al said that he actually had to go *out* on the date for a leap to occur but Sam began to wonder if everything he was doing this week was just consecutively building to the leap itself.
And he wondered what would push it over the edge.
