So training camp recently started. For most football fans this means NFL season has official begun! Can't wait for Week 1 in early September. A certain father-in-law has been looking into acquiring tickets for the Cowboys/Redskins game on December 18.(Perk #294 of being married) Anyway, it's not a done deal but I'm crossing my fingers

Last year when we had that football thing at your house...that was fun, I actually enjoyed watching the football game. We should do it again for some big important game that comes up, only we can have it at one of our houses if you want. Oh and you guys realize we (we being you) ;) are dorks? just checking.

The Navy/Maryland game sounds awesome! The college games I've been to have such a great atmosphere. Alas, GMU lacks a competitive football team.

My mom told me after last years Super Bowl party that we are welcome to come back and do it again next year. I'll let you all know the details as we get closer.

hHve you actually been to a GMU football game....I would say they are competitive and they are only getting better...They might even be division 3 within the next couple years....
