If I was choosing it would be hand to hand combat, but perhaps you would prefer using swords? A lightsaber is really my second choice of weapon.
You may wish to be cautious I am the being that created the technique for using two double bladed lightsabers. When I get back home for the summer I will also be devising a nun chuck and sword fighting style. I think the chucks work better in the off hand, though I didn't have much chance to practice during spring break.
