Before the 'Descent to the Underworld' - Perhaps she was not so different from her kin, sweet and witty and graceful. Perhaps she was wiser and more careful than her sisters due to her youth and knowing the tales of kin who were whisked away by gods, transformed, or destroyed by vengeful goddesses. She kept a decidedly low profile. She adored dancing and was the best among the nymphs, an accomplishment considering the freedoms and abilities of nymphs. Even when she fell in love with Orpheus and during their courting, she remained cautious and wise. When she finally dropped her caution during her wedding feast, she paid for it with her life.

After the Descent to the Underworld and before the fall of Paganism - When Orpheus failed to save her, Eurydice was unique in Hades. A nymph who refused to forget. A nymph who would never be turned into tree or creature. A nymph who would walk all the plains of the Unspoken One's kingdom. A nymph who refused to celebrate her sensuality. At first she was bitter and she clung to that bitterness. Clung to it enough that it still remains with her to the modern day. But gradually she began to open up to heroines, to heroes, to those who forgotten and to those who were too scared to forget. She became a friend of sorts to Persephone, as much as one could be when the Iron Queen became as cold as Hades in the winter seasons.

Fall of Paganism to Modern Day - Eurydice has become a strange contrast of compassionate and acerbic (though she only shows her bitter and sad side to those like her, usually not mortals). She has little time to hear about religion and faith, seeing as she knows what happens to all gods in the end of their reign. One would think she'd celebrate her new life, but she's spent such a long time in the Underworld and built up so many defenses that she remains cautious. She's become more open over the centuries though she refuses herself some joys. She doesn't take long term lovers, not out of loyalty to Orpheus but rather the emotional strain of being with someone longer than a few months. She's seen the sad state of affairs that happened to her kin, she won't be one of them. She's quite aware she has issues, but due to her existence, she's quite aware that she can't go to a therapist for her issues.

The Orpheus Issue - She loves him. She's angry with him. She fears seeing him. She feels guilty for what she's done to him. She believes he'd be unhappy with what she's become. She's heard rumors but nothing for sure so she avoids him, because she's not the woman she used to be. In her eyes she's become bitter and neurotic. [notes- Mainly for the purpose of avoiding tromping on toes of other players and giving me the freedom of playing with Eurydice.]
