Maria couldn't remember when she had become so sensitive to the light. But now, every time a little light would glint off any of the unrusted metal in Silent Hill, it was as if someone was pounding her head in with a hammer. So she avoided going outside as much as possible. Of course, there were still the little ventures into that foggy hell. The ones that almost killed her. She didn't even know if it was possible, to kill her, now that she was a part of Silent Hill. Since James had left, she'd noticed little changes.
For example, that damned Pyramid thing wasn't on her ass 24/7. Now and again she'd hear that telltale SCREEECH
but would quickly haul ass the opposite direction before it got louder. If there was one thing in Silent Hill that scared her the most, it was that....thing. Although, with his strong-looking arms and typical male physique, she supposed she better call it a 'him'.
'You'd think that making him a bit more human would make him less terrifying. But no. Not in Silent fucking Hill.' Maria thought grimly. Her hands behind her head, Maria leaned back against the hospital wall. She knew it was dangerous here. She'd come looking for bullets, here where James had found many of them. But when that damn siren sounded, she knew there was no leaving until Brookhaven Hospital changed back.
Besides, it was dark as hell outside, as she knew from experience. So, here she was now, in a lightly barricaded hospital room, almost falling asleep. Stupid. She was so stupid to even leave the hotel. Her eyes drifted closed.
'Damn.' She thought. Everything went black.
-----------------------------------------------
It was the feeling that someone (or something) was watching her, that woke her up. Opening her eyes and staring around groggily, she'd almost wished she'd shot herself when she had the chance. Standing not ten feet from her was that....Pyramid thing.
Neither of them moved for what seemed like eons. A strangled, guttural sound resounded from under the helmet. Maria's jaw dropped.
Was he....laughing?
She bristled, fear be damned.
"And just what in the flying fuck are giggling about?" She screeched, her eyes bright and her face red.
The sound stopped. Suddenly that comment didn't seem like such a hot idea after all. In less than a second he had her pinned against the opposite wall, bloody spear forgotten on the tile. When one bloody hand was wrapped around her dainty throat, it was then that Maria noticed that his signature white gloves were gone. Instead there was a hand covered in dry (and not so dry) blood, and many, MANY scars. She faintly wondered where he had gotten them. And she would have pondered it further were she not being strangeled against a wall. It tends to be counterproductive to coherent thought.
"What's wrong? No snappy questions now hmm?" A raspy voice hissed from under the helmet. Maria could hear the smirk in his voice.
"Its kind of hard to come up with one when you're strangeled against a fucking wall." She choked out, managing to snarl convincingly.
He pushed harder, cutting off her oxygen supply. She choked, turning puple. Maria thrashed, kicking out at him. SHe barely managed to strike his hard body, her foot aching when she did. Seeming satisfied with her reaction, he loosened his hold. But not completely.
Gasping, her lungs pulled in oxygen. Sweet, sweet oxygen. Closing her eyes, Maria pulled in shaky breaths for a few moments. Yet another mistake on her part.
Something wet, warm and rough slid against her throat. Eyes snapping open, she knew what was touching her. It was him. He was licking her. Fucking licking her.
And she liked it.
Maria surprised herself by letting out a soft moan. Pleased by her response, Pyramid Head trailed it lowe. And lower. Until he was met with her shirt. In record time, it was off, and he had free reign over her body.
Memories and images of him raping the nurses and other various creatures clicked through Maria's brain. Fear rattled through her as she imagined the pain she was about to endure.
'It's gonna be a long night.' She thought, swallowing her fear.
-----------------------------------------------
Once again, Maria was woken. Only this time by a rough prodding. It was him. She opened an eye at him, fear trickling through her.And annoyance. She was sore, she was tired, and he sure as hell wasn't getting another round after the pain (and pleasure, she hated to admit) he put her body through. He prodded her again. Hard
"Ugh....yes? What is it now big boy?" She asked irritably. He stared at her. Or rather that obnoxious helmet did. He jerked his head toward the door. Then down to her clothes.
She rolled her eyes. Had he lost his amazing speaking skills already? Well at least he wasn't on her for more. It was a start. She leaned down and grabbed them, pulling on her skirt and other clothes, pulling on her boots last.
Stretching, she stood in the middle of the room. Maria eyed him. "What now?"
He said nothing, leaning down to grab his spear and loping out the door, stopping to jerk his head toward her. She hesitantly followed him.
Maria was gladly suprised. The hospital was normal again. And any monsters near bye didn't dare attack her when she was with Pyramid Head. He led her toward he front doors, moving much faster than he was with The Great Knife. When they were about to walk out, Maria paused. She could see the whiteness of the fog from here. Her eyes hurt already.
Sensing she was not following, Pyramid Head turned but said nothing.
"The light, it hurts my eyes. I can't...." she trailed off. He stared at her. She shifted uncomfortably. "I just I can't..."
He stood, patiently. Sighing, Maria trudged forward. The two of them pushed through the doors. She covered her eyes, then slowly uncovered them again. It didn't hurt so much now. Was it him?
Maria smirked.
Maybe the glare would be a bit more bearable now.
