it's been nearly a year haha.
this website has advanced so much since i first got my lj in the summer of... 2004. geezus! three years! i had to make a new one after summer of 2005 because of some issues... but that's all.
let's see, what's new with me...
a lot. but i'll say the obvious.
i turned 20 about a month ago. hooray. closer to being legal. i've given up looking for a fake. i think eau claire hides every black woman that lives there because i seriously can count on one hand how many i've seen. ridiculous isn't it? i've seen a lot of black men... but where are the ladies?! i am curious, i'll tell ya that much.
i'm not sure what i am doing with school next year. i have to start paying for it on my own now, and i am not utilizing a university education then i certaintly don't want to pay for one. i don't even have a major. blah. i wish i could put school on hold for like a year to just figure out what i want out of life and to make money to do it. gotta decide quick...
i have a boyfriend. his name is shayne merril perkins, and he's adorable. he's from milwaukee and he's a quarter black... but is about the same shade as me. he secretly tans- i know it... while i couldn't care less about it haha. he's a dj/bartender at a bar in eau claire, and he's moving back to milwaukee in august to go to school there. i'll still be in eau claire... which makes me sad but we're going to try and make it work. at least i wont be in the cities where milwaukee is like a five in a half hour drive. yuck. i go to eau claire a lot to see him- i'm living in maple grove for the summer. he just bought a baby purebred pitbull named luna and she's a doll. i think i'm going back to EC either saturday night until monday morning (dentist appt) or monday afternoon until like wednesday or something. I like to go there and have at least two nights. okay enough about that.
friends are good. i made a lot of new friends this spring through my ex boyfriend. i'd have to say these kids are pretty cool. i still hang with my best friend from school, meghan, when i'm there but she works a lot and has a fake so she goes out... i can't... whatev. when i'm back home i still hang out with shannon, rachel, chelsey, shanthini, andrea... and whomever else we end up calling. we bounce around and hang out with different people- not just high school friends.
i still serve at the green mill... it'll be three years in november. i need to pick up shifts and work more because i need cheese like no other. i'm thinking about getting onto shannon's ebay account and selling some shit that i have. i'll check that out when she gets back from 10k.
well, that's about it for now. i am going to go... do something else :)
