Halloween's almost right around the corner, and I'm not entirely sure what Eiji and I are going to be doing, though I'm sure it'll be fun. If anyone's wondering, I'm probably going to be a pirate captain; I know it's not very original, but I like the concept the most.

Kaori, the kitten we got as a gift from Echizen, has managed to change my opinion about cats. I honestly used to not like them too much, since the one my parents used to own got one of my fish once, but Kaori hasn't seemed to notice the fish I've been keeping in the apartment yet.
Also, I don't want Eiji to know, but I'm actually really fond of Kaori. She's been curling up on one of us - or just the bed - at night, or she's following us around the apartment... she's very sweet - at least to us and Echizen - she's got almost as much energy as Eiji, and she's just as cute as my partner~
And in case it didn't sink in, I don't want anyone telling Eiji. I honestly don't want him to know, since he probably won't stop teasing me about the fact that there's a cat besides him that I actually like - he knows I don't particularly like cats, and he still hasn't fully grasped when he should keep his mouth shut yet. He'll stop teasing if I get authoritative or dominant, but...
