okay so i saw a place yesterday and it was pretty decent. it includes laundry, satellite, wireless internet and it has a lawn. while i was talking to him he dropped the rent price like $70 and then when i called him today to tell him i wanted it he dropped it another $30. so yeah, that was pretty effin' sweet. i'm going to see him tomorow to give him da money and such. hopefully i can start moving soon. i need to find a truck though, bah. jeremy's dad is at some biking for charity thing.
