Oh Dani Boy!
Well, i was working today and a few hilariously weird things happened.
First: I got confirmation (pretty much) that I will be laid-off this summer, and should be getting my pink slip next week. Fuckers! Anyhoo, it is a fortunate time, as I can jump over to the island
Second: My finger got infected (this is not the hilarious part, btw), so I got a topical cream at the pharmacist's. When she was putting my bill together, she looked at me weird, and then said, "do you realize that you are recorded on your BC Care Card as being male?" BAhhahaha!!! Suddenly I felt quasi-defensive, 'cause you never know with the miracles of plastic surgery what could be done.
After years and years of pharamacy visits, did no one ever notice that I am female? Oh jesus! Damn my gender-confusing name!
