Life update

It's been a while since I've posted an entry about what's going on with my life.

Let’s see... I've been really busy with school. Imagine that! I've got an exam in Statics tomorrow and an exam in Materials Engineering on Monday. I really should be studying for Statics right now, but I decided putting it off just a little longer won’t kill me. After tomorrow's exam I have a USF Geology Club meeting to go to and them I'm volunteering for the Engineering Expo for a couple hours. I'm also volunteering for the Expo on Saturday. Sunday, my parents are coming down to visit and are taking me out to dinner for my birthday. It'll be nice to spend some time with them. I wish Karen could come, but she's got to work. boo! It’s a family tradition of ours to have dinner at the restaurant the birthday person chooses. I think I’ve decided on Bahama Breeze for lunch/dinner. Thanks for the suggestion Kevin!

Tuesday, February 21st is my 25th birthday! Geeze time is flying by!

In other news... There is a good chance I might have a part-time job working for a small local engineering firm (mostly structural). I really hope this works out, because this would be a great opportunity for me to get my feet wet in the engineering industry. We'll see. *crosses fingers*

Other than that... nothing else is new. Same old thing... lots of school work. Anyone want to hear about forces, couples, moments, electric potential, capacitors, crystal atomic structures, or the various types of threads used to make bolts? I'm full of all kinds of info! :D
